The Buffet Serves Special Easter Champagne Brunch Everyone Will Enjoy!
Sweet treats aren’t just for the kids this Easter Sunday; the Eldorado is serving up creative, savory entrees that everyone will enjoy! Join together for a special Easter Champagne Brunch available from 7:45 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Buffet!
Ring in spring with the freshest selection of food in town! Sweet Easter specials include Old Fashioned Brown Sugar Ham, Candied French Toast and Cheese Blintzes. Traditional favorites are served at the Carving Station, including slow roasted Prime Rib, New York Steak, Roasted Turkey Breast and Leg of Lamb. Seafood lovers will enjoy peel and eat shrimp, smoked salmon and crab cakes while the Eldorado’s signature Mushroom Ravioli is served fresh out of the Pasta Shop. In the mood for some breakfast instead? Stop at the Omelet Station and create your own entrée!
Trade in the jelly beans and chocolate bunnies for tasty pastries and fresh gelato, just two of the many desserts available and The Buffet’s massive dessert counter. More than a dozen flavors of gelatos, pies, pastries, cakes and puddings will be waiting; after all, Easter wouldn’t be complete without at least a few sweets!
