Silver Legacy Announces Easter Menu
From soup and salad to seafood, steakand specials from the carving station, Silver Legacy’s Easter menus are overflowing with entrée choices that emphasize fresh, homemade flavors that will have guests coming back for more! Silver Legacy presents a special Easter Sunday brunch at Sterling’s Seafood Steakhouse, Flavors! The Buffet and the Silver Baron Ballroom.
From 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. guests can enjoy Easter specials at Flavors! Sample delicious homemade soups, including creamy carrot ginger and classic chicken noodle, then stock up on fresh seafood specialties like Snow Crab Legs, Smoked Salmon and Trout and Shrimp and Scallop Scampi. Brunch entrees also include fresh Caesar Salad, Garlic Thyme Chicken, Tortellini Alfredo and plenty of favorites from the Carving Station, like slow-roasted Prime Rib and Honey Baked Ham.
Keep it light with juicy fruits like fresh spring watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew and strawberries, farm fresh scrambled eggs and fluffy homemade Belgian Waffles. Create your own omelet with many choices of cheeses, meats and veggies, all fresh and cooked to order. Don’t forget the Easter basket of desserts! The Silver Baron Ballroom serves a special Easter Buffet from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Easter Sunday, featuring a fresh Salad Table, Omelet Station, Breakfast Table, Carving Station, Brunch and Dessert Table. Start with crisp seasonal salads, Italian cured meats and antipasto fruits and veggies, then sample the best brunch and dinner entrees in town! Try breakfast favorites whipped up from scratch including Eggs Benedict and Cinnamon French Toast or choose classic entrees like slow-roasted Prime Rib, Oriental Shrimp, Pecan Crusted Pork Loin and Honey Baked Ham.
