So what have you heard? not alot of talk after the hold so fernando(montage) could work some majic and get more cover at less cost.

Looks like after all the waiting, there may finally be some work getting done on this project. I walked by the ainbow Bridge, and it looks like they're beginning demolition. Hopefully this project gets off the ground sometime soon...

From what I gather, the project is slated to be completed by Dec. 2008. That would be fantastic...at least to be opened by Spring of 2009! I think my band...HARDRIVE...would like to play opening day; and we'll do it for only $20.00. Introductory offer only!

I walked by the cover project today (late afternoon) and saw that progress is being made. It's going to be really nice to have that whole area opened up for various activities. I was particularly pleased to see that funky rainbow overpass thing go away. Downtown is actually becoming a pleasant place to be; the trench cover will be a good thing.
