Chuys Deli to Join Sticks Project

Some quick news: Looks like a permit was pulled for 760 South Virginia, to join the Sticks Project, presumably next to Chuy's Mexican Chicken will be Chuy's Deli. The permit's for $160,000.

Sticks Construction Progress in Midtown

Check out some photos of the exterior finishing on the two Sticks buildings being constructed. I'm hearing an Italian deli and Two Chicks are planned for the spaces.
