Reno’s first stand alone growler fill station opens today in Midtown at 555 S. Virginia St .#105. They will feature over 30 brews on tap from local and national brewing companies, all you need is a growler, which they can supply or you can bring your own. They are located at 737 1/2 South Virginia.

Bernie Carter owns the building, and was converted from a crack den (a real quick den, where drugs were often delivered on mopeds) to a commercial duplex where the massage supply store and Awake and Aging are located.

Look for a new project coming to this corner of Stewart and Sinclair, on the border between Downtown, Midtown and the Wells Avenue Conservation district. I don't know much about the project yet, other than it will comprise of the empty lot next to the green Victorian, the space between the green Victorian and the smaller home on Sinclair, and then the small green home on Sinclair as well. It will be residential., and it's not a Marmot project.
