661 Lake is a j oint venture by Scenic Acquisitions Corp and K Giles, LLC (the developers), ; a mixed-use hybrid housing project located in the heart of downtown Reno between 5th and 6th Streets and Center and Lake Streets. 

The project is a hybrid six-story student housing complex and apartment complex. The student housing portion will have 200 units and mix of two, three and four bedroom units for 600+ total beds.

The apartment portion will be a 13-story apartment complex, including five story parking garage, 275 units, mix of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units.
