Heritage Bank Building Construction Progress

by Mike Van Houten / Sep 13, 2014

This $5 million project is turning out to be quite the treat for Midtown. What started as a 100% commercial project is now mixed-use with loft units planned complete with high ceilings, rowhouses, and commercial space. The project will expose the original brick in the building for the first time in decades.

The project will be called The Cov.

COV = Coefficient of Variation? City of Vandals? Just wiki suggestions. If there was a wait list for the lofts, I'd be on it! Brick walls, high ceilings with sleeping lofts, roof decks overlooking Piazza Ste. Rene'. SOHO/SOMA/ RENO!

Is this the building renovation across the street from El Pollo Loco, or a different project north of that area?
