This is interesting, I haven't seen a permit like this before. It's for internal review only (meaning we can't see it), but hey it's a permit, and it's for a big building, so perhaps UNR is inching closer to construction the UNR School of Business along Center Street between 8th and 9th. This is an interesting permit. Not sure really the scope of it but it's a conversion of a SFR into apartments? Here's the permit. CHANGE OF USE.
