For those that thought proposed brand-new 20-story Kimpton brand hotel on Court Street next to Park Tower was vaporware, think again!
A permit has been accepted for the mass grading required to level out the lot, under-slab utilites and the foundation itself along with the parking garage and hotel base structure, going up to the Court Street Level. Exciting stuff!
The permit reads:
COMMERCIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION. MASS GRADING, EXCAVATION, FOUNDATION, UNDER-SLAB UTILITIES, GARAGE STRUCTURE AND HOTEL STRUCTURE (SHELL ONLY) UP TO COURT STREET LEVEL.
