Noticed some paint chipping going on while on my walk to Newman's for lunch today. This is where Amendment 21 was formerly located, on the corner of Liberty and South Virginia.

Really Rory? Are you sure? I would be surprised. One of several mitigating factors of Amendment 21's closure was that a company in San Francisco (I think a bar) who has the name Amendment 21 trademarked, came after the Amendment 21 up here pressing them to change their name. I would think this new restaurant would quickly run into that same issue if they chose to keep the name.

They need to replace the glass blocks with some nice windows that will show off the space and the tables from the street. The current look is very unappealing.
Looks like they are keeping the name. Interesting.
