It was a gorgeous night downtown, no wind and warm temperatures for this time of year; an ideal night for downtown Reno's Christmas tree lighting ceremony and rink opening. After a heart-felt performance by the Billinghurst Middle School choir, the tree was lit. Shortly thereafter, Santa showed up on the ice rink to pass out gifts to all the children lining the rink.
It was refreshing to be surrounded by happy positive vibes given the recent tragedies Reno has endured. Check out the photos and video below!
