Be sure to check out the Peppermill’s Truffled Dirty Snout Stout brewed in conjunction with the Brewer’s Cabinet - A hearty stout with a hand-stirred, roasted barley mash with a hint of rye, crafted with in-season shaved fresh white truffles, toasted pink peppercorns, and Belgian cane sugar. Half of the brewed beer will be served on tap at the Peppermill and Brewer’s Cabinet in December 2014. The other half will settle and nestle in Pappy Van Winkle Barrels, procured by Brewmaster Charlie Johnson, over the next year for later release.
