Herb Simon sets sight on Rival

Herb Simon (part of SK Baseball and the dude filling out retail for the ballpark expansion) sets his sights on General Growth Properties for $10 billion.

According to the Reno Gazette Journal 'Simon Property Group, the nation's largest shopping mall owner whose holdings include Meadowood Mall in Reno, made a $10 billion hostile bid Tuesday to acquire ailing rival General Growth Properties.'
