YMCA of the Sierra looks like they are installing windows in the side of the building on the third floor at 100 North Sierra Street. Nice. Assuming the building never had windows on the upper floors, this will provide a whole new perspective and view of Sierra Street. Those holes could also be for signs of some kind.
