Demo permits were filed for 436 Ralston Street, 428 Ralston and 1435 North Virginia Street.
I beleive 436 Ralston Street and 428 Ralston Street are parts of the 'Fountain District', Jacob Entertainment's master plan for 4th Street which has resulted in the demolition of most of the weekly motels along 4th Street, and the acquisition of the Sands Hotel Casino and Gold Dust West.
