Construction is set to begin on an apartment complex located on the corner of 5th and Morrill streets on the northeast edge of downtown. The complex will house 44 units, designed by Cathexes, and feature a rooftop photovoltaic system that will generate about 15 percent of its electric needs.
I think the project is called "Juniper" per the permits (?)
