AI Alliance has announced it will move its offices to downtown Reno and has signed a five-year lease with Basin Street Properties (www.basin-street.com) to move into the four story tower of the 50 W. Liberty St. building (Bank of America Building). NAI Alliance will occupy 7,000 square feet of office space in the 249,349 square foot facility owned by Basin Street Properties. NAI Alliance will move into the facility in January 2011.

"NAI Alliance is excited to have recently signed a lease to relocate to downtown Reno,” said Scott Beggs, partner and head of the investment properties team. “Our move to Downtown will put NAI Alliance in a great position to be a part of the re-emergence of our community's economic core. Downtown Reno continues to grow and reinvent itself.  It is fast becoming a productive and fun place to work and do business. Being a home grown northern Nevada company, it is very gratifying knowing we will be in a building that is locally-owned and professionally managed by Basin Street Properties which has been a major contributor to the renaissance of Downtown.  Our move to Downtown is an exciting opportunity for NAI Alliance and we are very happy to play a part in the rejuvenation of our City."
