A permit has been submitted for 900 East 4th Street to convert it into an assortment of eateries and gathering spaces.
900 East 4th Street was constructed in 1940 as the Reno Brewing Company Bottling Plant. This modern 1940 bottling plant greatly expanded the capacity of the Reno Brewing Company.

"COMMERCIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION. SITE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED INTERIOR & EXTERIOR SHELL REMODEL OF AN EXISTING BUILDING TO ACCOMMODATE DINING, BEVERAGE AND RETAIL TENANTS. THE PROJECT INTRODUCES NEW PARTITION WALLS TO SUBDIVIDE THE MAIN SPACE INTO MULTIPLE RETAIL TENANT OPPORTUNITIES, INCLUDING FUTURE CAFE AND FULL-SERVICE RESTAURANT. THESE SPACES ARE ARRANGED AROUND A CENTRAL OPEN AREA THAT FEATURES A TAP BAR AND SERVES AS THE PRIMARY CIRCULATION HUB. East 4th Street continues its boom with several new projects in the works including new housing, a new music hall at the Morris Hotel along with a cafe, and now this large project.
