Just a quick post. If you are attached to Golightly and Vanna's giant billboard keeping guard over 960 South Virginia, the gateway into northern MidTown, then say your goodbyes, because the monstrocity will soon be removed.
A permit has been submitted and confirmed by the owner (Marmot Properties) to remove the billboard.

The plan for this building is to convert it into six separate commercial spaces, five of which are leased already.
