Permits have been submitted for a set of two duplexes at 236 Keystone Avenue and presumably the empty lot next to it. There's a house on the property but I don't see a demo permit, so maybe the duplexes will be built around it?
The permits, one and two, will be for duplexes with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 1 car garage.
