As the parking garage at Park Lane finishes up, a permit is now in plan review for a six story, 359-unit apartment building that will wrap around the parking garage. This will include a retail shell and leasing office. According to the permit information for Park Lane, the retail space will be 29,049 sf. The leasing office will be approx 4,500 sf.
