Over the weekend I trotted down to Reno Experience District's project on the corner of Plumb and Virginia to check out RED's summer kick-off event, which I totally dropped the ball on promoting or posting about. Whoops!
My focus this time was checking out the massive 'Building 3' being constructed in the center of the mixed-use project.
The foot print of this building is massive, and could be one of the largest single mid-rise apartment buildings in Reno. Check out the photos below, including some overhead pics and a close-up rendering of the building. You can see, particularly in the overhead shots, how closely the building actually matches its renderings, which is uncommon in the development industry!
