It's been a while since I have reported on Sparks, but with so many projects firing up, it's time! Let's take a tour of the newly completed Square One apartments by the movie theater and Marina in Sparks.
Square One just opened a couple weeks ago, and the first residents are now moving in, including a friend of mine who as kind enough to share some photos of his brand new apartment there. He just moved in a few days ago.
It's a brand new modern apartment building at 1040 C Street in Sparks. It was formerly the Silver Club pictured below.
They gutted the building down to the plumbing/hvac and elevators. New larger windows, addition of small rectangular windows, added patios, are some of the highlights they added. All units have stained concrete floors and exposed ductwork with 10' ceilings. Plus, every unit has a balcony with great views of Sparks and Reno.
Square One was the Silver Club prior to being renovated and repurposed.
There are studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments now available.
Rents range from $1,100 to $1325.
