Looks charming! It's nice to see them incorporating the old w/ the new instead of just tearing down evertything and starting from scratch.

Everything old is new again. I was down there today (26 May 07) and the entire site has been cleared - no old building to remodel. Anyone know if this was the plan all along? If they discovered hidden structural problems once they got started, I doubt if they could have gotten a demo permit this fast.
