I think this hi-rise is/was too high and close to the river. They should scale it back to 7 stories or so. My 2 cents.

Given the near shutdown of the credit market, what lender is going to be dumb enough to loan this developer $360 million? Ain't going to happen.

Having spent 4 days checfking out the possibilities of living in downtown Reno we have concluded. There is an awful lot of high priced (but beautiful) condos on the market with TOO HIGH condo fees. They need to sell what they have. We will keep looking:love Reno. Orange Co. CA.
