The Palladio is B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L! I can only imagine how nice it would be to come home to a view like that. It's too bad I can't afford anything but their smallest unit. What are their monthly association dues? I heard mid-300 dollar range.

Their HOA dues are .42 a square foot....that includes heating, cooling, water, hot water. So the dues are dependent on the size of your pad there. So you are about right for the average pad of 800 s.f. it would be about $320. Doesn't seem too bad considering what it includes.

I recently finished moving into my 8th floor north facing residence and love it. The construction is high quality and flawless, and I enjoy listening to jazz while painting or viewing the city lights at night. What is the music you used in your Palladio video? I enjoyed it. I have met quite a few of the other residents, and everyone is very pleasant. We share move-in stories.

I can't get over that roof. As I understand it, when money got tight they wanted leave out the roof design, the city said no, so then they put a plywood-looking copy of the old plan on top. ugh! And I hope they don't hit the owners up for higher association fees to make up for their tight money situation.

Those dues aren't too bad for an "urban condo" I suppose. Just for comparison, it's still approx. $130 more per month than what I pay at Tanamera.

I wish my Hoa dues were as good as the Palladio. Looking at the building, I can see where the Hoa dues go.. At the Riverwalk Towers, I Pay $355 a month for the 800 sq foot 1 bedroom, And I cant see where the dues go. The Pool area looks Plain, the fitness room is O.k. at best and I Dont have to mention again how the exterior of the building looks with its breath taking uncontsructed retail out front..
