When I saw your posting on the drawings of the urban market across the street from the riverwalk, I got excited because my place is on the lower floors of the riverwalk and now I will have a great view. It may also attract a big time retailer to lease the bottom floor of the riverwalk.

Looks like this is the small lot between Beaujolais and the GreenRoom. I haven't been down that street in a few months, so I'm not sure if the GreenRoom is even there anymore. Anyway, it seems like a bit of a small space to really draw many people. Of course, the advantage to that it is easier to create a cool atmosphere because of it's "coziness".
