Awesome pictures, the new gym, and amendment 21 look great. Bobo's will also look awesome once completed. Downtown is really getting some nice retail.

Nice pics. It was reported a while back that Grant's Landing, as well as numerous other housing projects throughout the area, have been put on hold. The City has allowed them to hold off on construction until things turn around. All they have to do is clean up the site a bit and cover any dirt piles with tarps, to the best of my knowledge.

Great update on current downtown views. Also, my wife and I are shopping for a downtown condo and talked with the salesman at the Montage sales office. He says that all the paperwork has been completed and the deal is pretty well done for Ruth's Chris Steakhouse to occupy the Northeast corner of the Montage street level. Why no reporting on this major bit of news? The salesman says this is a really big enhancement for the property and the surrounding area.
