Thanks for mentioning about the ugly facade in front of the riverwalk. Im just about burned out asking about that space to the riverwalk homeowners. I dont think theres going to be anything done about it any time soon do to the pending law suit with the developer. Im hoping when the Urban Market is complete and the foot traffic increases, It may attract a big retailer.
