What is "Phase Three" of the West Street Market? As I recall the original plan was for the whole thing to be open in early October, which obviously didn't happen. Where does this thing really stand with regards to opening with all the announced tenants?

I believe it's set for a soft opening late this month. Interior tenant improvements fell behind a bit. Not sure what Phase 3 entails, but if you watch the City Council meeting next week either online or via cable, I'm sure we'll find out!

Looking at the staff report, it appears that phase III includes items such as floor finishing, a sound system, the indoor stage, etc... Oh, yeah, it also appears to include the sign structure which was included on the architectural drawings which also incorporates the security gates and sun shades.
