With the Palladio almost complete, the recent addition of retail on the corner of Sierra and First, and the expansion of Silver Peak, it was inevitable that the building formerly known as the Antique Mall and the Towne Center Mall, get a major makeover. In November, both 100 North Sierra, and the old Woolworths building on the Virginia St. side, sold to different parties.
