And so it has come full circle. What began as an empty lot, is now an empty lot, with a street through it. It's in better condition now than it was prior to Silverstar grading the lot.

Notice the green paint going up on the steel.
Some interesting going-ons at the base of Park Center Tower, across from the baseball stadium. That whole steel structure is new. This whole building is going through a renovation, with elevator updates, new paint job, new snack bar and lobby, and now a new facade-structure.
Look! A level playing field is starting to take shape inside the stadium.
