We sure do have a beautiful downtown. That's why I love this neighborhood.

Nice!!

A Look upstream.

Palladio
Riverwalk's waterfall sparkles in the distance.

Kids enjoying the water pools.

Even when the river water is low it can still be enjoyed, thanks to smart design of our whitewater park.

Fun! Pedestrian bridge diving! Not sure if this is how the City of Reno intended the pedestrian bridge to be used, perhaps some no diving signs would help in any future lawsuits.

The weeds on this lot are getting to be more than an eyesore. Code Enforcement just did a major sweep of my neighborhood in the Holcomb Wells area...in fact one of my friends was fined $100 just for leaving one solitary tree branch leaning up against her fence overnight (which she had planned to haul away the next day). If they can do that, surely they can ask the owners of the Waterfront property to hire a weed whacker for a day and get rid of the three-foot weeds growing up through what used to be First Street?.The green fence doesn't do much to hide it, sorry.
