Jacobs Entertainment has filed a permit for enhancements to the Glow Plaza, located on 4th Street.
The permit reads:
FESTIVAL GROUNDS. SITE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED CONSTRUCTION OF THE GLOW PLAZA FESTIVAL GROUNDS. SITE IMPROVEMENTS TO INCLUDE GRADING, OUTDOOR STAGE, CONCRETE AND TURF, FENCING, LANDSCAPING, HARDSCAPE, ELECTRICAL, AND LIGHTING. CONSTRUCTION OF TWO CANOPIES TO BE UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT SUBMITTED AT A LATER DATE.
