1049 South Virginia Street, the building that houses Melting Pot World Emporium, has filed for a facade remodel permit. Its neighbor, 1039 South Virginiq Street, is already undergoing a major remodel where Under the Rose Brewing Company will be calling home in Midtown. Here's the permit:

The remodel is being facilitated by the owners of Melting Pot World Emporium, Eric and Monique Baron. Can't wait to see what becomes of it!
