Five new residential projects in the pipeline aim to add dense residential housing stock to central Reno. These five projects all applied for the 1000 homes in 120 Days program. 290 Keystone

Developer: Pacific Development
Architect: BDE Architecture
Project: 268 market rate apartments, mix of studios, 1 and 2 bedroom units, 3000 sf ground floor retail, 297-stall five story parking garage.
Notes: This project is not the Keystone Commons project proposed for 5th and Keystone, but a new proposed project on the corner of 4th and Keystone. 

320 Grand Canyon

Developer: Park Real Estate Partners/Grand Canyon Partners LLC
Archiect: MAC Associates
Project: 10,000 SF, three-story apartment building containing 18 one-bedroom units. Construction to begin later this spring or early summer. 6 of the units are Handicapped Adaptable Type B units that can easily be fine-tuned for tenants with mobility issues – each includes a roll-in shower.

1447 North Virginia Street

Developer: GMH Capital
Approximately 196 unit/755 bed student housing development
- Property currently under contract
- Construction start date – June 2020

550 North Virginia Street

Developer: Pacific Development
Architect: BDE Architecture/LCE Architecture
Project: Approximately 261 market rate apartments, including a mix of studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom
- 2,500 SF of ground floor retail;
- Approximately 355 stall parking garage

170 Stevenson Street

Project: 60 unit multi-family project
