Park Lane goes vertical on TWO additional residential buildings: 4a and 3

Park Lane went vertical on two additional buildings, bringing the total to five now simultaneously under construction.

Any idea why they started building the back buildings before the Virginia frontage? Would have guessed it better to have your street facade done first.
