Well it's official now.
I posted a teaser pic on my Facebook Page a week or so ago, but now they've filed for their building permits.
Pine State Biscuits is setting up shop at 200 South Center, on the ground level of a recently completed weekly-motel-to-chic-apartments conversion.
What is quickly being dubbed as 'Little Portland' online, will also be home to Sizzle Pie Pizza, which is chugging along through the planning and permitting process, and See See Motor Coffee, already open. All three venues are well-known in Portland.
