In the December 1 City Council meeting this week, an alcohol permit is on tap for 'Poor Devil Saloon' at 820 South Virginia Street.
That building is currently occupied by Kaia Fit and Recycled Records on the first floor, with the second floor being vacant where a Tattoo Shop formerly was. Could it be going on the second level? We'll find out as time goes on!
