04-08-09 - Here's a map showing all the places to park when coming downtown to watch a Reno Aces game. Click here for the printable PDF or click here for the high rez JPG. There are more than enough spaces for the entire ballpark. There are definitely thousands of spaces within walking distance of the stadium. If you've ever been to Pac Bell Park, and drove instead of taking BART/Muni, then you're probably aware of the 5 to 10 minute walk to get from all the parking lots (We always park in Lot B so we can have a tailgate party) to SBC/Pac Bell Park. For the Reno Aces Ballpark, even at max capacity people should be able to find a parking space relatively close by.

    I hope people don't complain when they have to walk 2 blocks to get to the stadium. People are so lazy these days, I wouldn't be surprised.

    Do you think during the summer when the tourist come to Reno, that the casinos will want locals to take the spots that are reserved for the tourists? They need to build a garage or a lot just for the ball park and special events. We can't have locals taking up spots for tourists!

    Yes, don't take the tourist parking, plus I don't want to walk my fat lazy a** 2 blocks in the blazing heat, I burn easy ya know?

    Maybe they can tear down that homeless shelter across the R.R. tracks and build a parking garage there, then build a tent city for the homeless right on the banks of the Truckee river, see you got to be thinking!
