A permit has been submitted for the demolition of 229 Park Street, a single home on a large otherwise vacant lot, to prep for the 5-story Ryland Apartments project.
The permit reads:
RESIDENTIAL DEMOLITION. COMPLETE DEMOLITION OF SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE
It seems the 5-story apartment project on the corner of Ryland and Park Street is moving forward.
I hope the owners got a shit ton of money. That's sad.
