An interesting permit is in review for the Reno Aces Ballpark:

CHANGE OF USE. PARTIAL CHANGE OF USE OF ACTUAL FIELD AREA TO BECOME ASSEMBLY USE FOR OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES/CONCERTS ETC (A-5) OCCUPANCY NOT TO EXCEED 5523.

    Makes sense! That stadium could host concerts or other big events and not sit idle. I'm sure the Courtyard and neighboring businesses are thrilled.

    FINALLY! Can't believe it's taken so long to get the ball rolling on holding concerts at the park. I know it's been issues with emergency egress and fire codes in the past. Looking forward to hearing more about this.
