Permit for five-story 368-unit residential project across street from Greater Nevada Field

by Mike Van Houten / Jun 3, 2021

A permit has been (partially) submitted for a new five-story 368-unit residential project on Evans Avenue between 2nd and Commercial Row.

I think This is the same project a separate grading permit was filed for, here

This is part of the 'T3' project which will eventually include developing the vacant parcel of land along the river as well.

The permit reads

APARTMENTS. 5 STORY RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT BUILDING WITH RELATED AMENITY SPACES AND ADJACENT ENCLOSED PUBLIC/PRIVATE PARKING GARAGE, ROOF TERRACE FOR RESIDENTS.

Total Project Square Footage:504700

Number of Units:368

Number of Stories:5

Building Height:50

Between 1st and 2nd streets? Learn geography for Christ's sake! It's between 2nd st. and Commercial Row, not 1st and 2nd.

I do this site for free and work a full time job. Oh my god I made a mistake, it’s the end of the world. Don’t you have anything better to do than point out mistakes on a blog?

Between 2nd st. and Commercial Row? Learn geography for Christ's sake! Commercial Row ends at Lake Street. It would be between 2nd Street and E. Douglas Alley if anything, but it looks like it absorb the alley. Either way, just getting in on the fun. Hey Ken Griffin, if you're going to throw shade someone's way, you should make sure you're not in the shade yourself.

For when you really don't want a DUI driving home from the strip club- get an apartment with a view of it :)
