Sky Tavern has a chance at getting a new mountain bike trail, which would add to the activities offered in the region during the summer season. This would be an awesome addition to the region, and could help Reno-Tahoe draw additional outdoor enthusiasts.

All was not lost when Maytan Music closed on Center Street. A new musical influence is having a grand opening April 25 from 4-8 pm at 735 South Center Street.  Mountain Music Parlor offers classes, concerts, jam sessions and workshops in traditional American musical styles (bluegrass, old time).
