The City of Reno will release details about a multi-year plan to zero in on the Virginia Lake water quality issue at a public meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 5:30 p.m. on the first floor of City Hall.1 Jun 2015
The "Jack Bacon" building, located at 516 South Virginia, the terminus of California Avenue at Virginia Street, has been purchased by the former owners of Little House On Center Street, Alex and Esmeralda Long, and will become a restaurant with a focus on seafood, hopefully by August 1st.21 May 2015

So the word on the street is Siegel Group is demolishing the current awnings over the retail businesses on the first floor, and is looking at two options moving forward.
I also can't wait to see what they come up with for window options, since the Historical Resources Commission recommended they come up with window replacements that have a bit more of a historical feel than 1970s style slider windows.
