250 Bell Street

The folks at Cathexes Design took a drab run down warehouse on Bell Street just west of Arlington and off 2nd street, and turned into a sleek complex with multiple wide open spaces. It's a $3,000,000 renovation of over 20,000 s.f. Besides being the new Cathexes Homebase, they have ESICE (aan educational nonprofit), Dynamic Competence (a consulting firm), and the reno bike project also coming into the building. They have space for one more office tenant and are speaking to several people about it. I think Cathexes will be very happy here, and I am glad to see an old run-down piece get a 2nd life.
