I saw Craig Cunningham & Michael Dermody checking out this site and discussing a restaurant at this location. Locals know Craig as the current owner of the Washoe Grill on Fourth Street.

I notice a lot of work going on here; any update on whether they're sticking to the original plan with a mix of residential and commercial? If so, what does the residential look like?
State Street Project - Mixed Use
This project will be at State and Pine Streets, and is called the State Street Retail Center. 3 buildings occupied the land previously; a wedding chapel, a brick building and an office building in back. Those have all been demolished, and the tentative map has been submitted. Slated to be 11 condos on the upper floor and retail on the lower floor.
